You can complain about incorrect, damaged and loss items. Depending on the type of item and the damage, there are different ways to make a complaint.

If you would like to make a complaint about an item, please write to us at admin@rizlovejewels.at and provide us with the following information:

• Order number/order number
• Description of the damage
• Pictures of the damaged goods and packaging from the inside and outside
